Privacy Policy
- No personal information is tracked or collected by clicking on the Property People website.
- Property People NEVER sells, trades, or rents any personal information to others, for any purpose, whatsoever.
- Log files are kept to track general, non-personally-identifying, information such as the numbers of visitors to the site, where in the site they visit and how long they visit, their IP address, which browser they used to find the site, the day of the week and time of visits generally.
- Personal information, eg email address or telephone, is only recorded if you choose to give us the information. For example, when you want a sample of our Property People Focus, you need to give us your email address so that we can send you the download link to access the sample copy. And if you have a query, you need to give us information so that we can contact you to respond. If you request a printed version subscription then we will need your postal address.
- Personal information given to Property People for services such as subscriptions and pay-per-click services will only be used to provide these services and to contact you in relation to these or new services.
- Any data supplied by you is automatically protected under the Data Protection legislation.
- We have designed the Property People web site to be as open as possible so that you do not have to log on unless you are going to the area that supplies your purchased service.
- Financial information is only gathered through the SecPay secure page when you choose to purchase a service. Property People does not have direct access to this information and the secure page system means that payments will only be collected when you log on to this area and choose to make a payment.
- The Property People web site contains links to other sites and suppliers. Please remember that Property People is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. The Property People privacy policy only applies to the information collected on this web site.

Subscriptions
- Subscriptions to Property People Focus are available in electronic and printed versions. Electronic versions are between 6 and 7 MG each issue.
- Subscriptions run for 12 months and include 10 issues of Property People Focus.
- Subscribers to the electronic version will be sent an email each month giving them a download link to access the latest issue.
- Free (£0.00) electronic subscriptions will give access to the current issue electronic version.
- Paid for subscriptions to both digital and printed versions include unlimited access during the 12 month period to the archive area of Property People Portal.
- Subscriptions are payable in advance. Subscription charges are in £ sterling and discounts (if any) will be shown when subscription due is calculated on the subscriptions page.
- There is no VAT charged for subscriptions.
- There are no refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
- An email alert will be sent to the subscriber prior to subscription expiring so that a renewal can be requested and payment made to ensure no break in subscription delivery.
Refunds
- There are no refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
- Any unused balances for subscriptions and services will be held indefinitely and can be applied to any subscriptions or services, current or future, provided by Property People supplied to the account holder.
- No interest is payable on unused account balances.
