Subscriptions

1. Subscriptions to Property People Focus are available in digital and printed version formats.
2. Subscriptions are payable in advance, subscribers choose the version and length of time (number of issues) they require.
3. Subscriptions to both digital and printed versions include unlimited access during the chosen subscription period to the subscriber only area of Property People Portal.
4. Subscriptions charges are in £ sterling and discounts (if any) will be shown when subscription due is calculated on the subscriptions page.
5. There is no VAT charged for subscriptions.
6. There are no refunds for cancelled subscriptions but any balance on the subscriber account may be used for other Property People services or subscriptions.
7. An email alert will be sent to the subscriber prior to subscription expiring so that a renewal can be requested and payment made to ensure no break in subscription delivery.

 Pay-per-click

1. Pay-per-click service is calculated at £1 per click on a specified web site or email link. Listings are free so if there are no clicks on the associated links, no payment in deducted from the account.
2. Pay-per-click service users must open an account with a minimum £10 payment, the full £10 is available for pay-per-click (i.e. 10 clicks).
3. Pay-per-click accounts can be topped in any £1 increments, eg £5, £25, £100, £1000 etc.
4. Multiple pay-per-click links can draw on one account.
5. An email alert will be sent when balance on the account reduces to £5 but the full balance will be available for pay-per-click.
6. Pay-per-click includes VAT in the £1 per click.
