Property People has two types of services: subscriptions and pay-per-click.

Subscriptions:

1. Subscriptions are in two formats: digital and printed versions of Property People Focus, the monthly (10 times a year) magazine that complements Property People Portal.
2. Both types of subscriptions give unlimited access during the paid for subscription period to the subscriber only area of Property People Portal.
3. Subscribers to the digital format will be sent an email with a download link to access each issue as soon as it is available.
4. Subscribers to the printed version will be mailed the issue directly from the printers, by second class post, as soon as it is published.

Pay-per-click:

1. Pay-per-click customers will have their link(s) activated as soon as payment into account is cleared.
2. Email alerts of the need to top up accounts with further payments will be sent when £5 or less remains in the account.
3. Links will remain active until account balance reached £0 (nil).
4. Multiple links can draw on same balance in one account.
